According to the Spanish language news organization Palco23, each installation center will be between 3,000 meters and 10,000 square meters, with desired locations in malls and downtown areas with high pedestrian traffic. Furthermore, Parques Reunidos will have the rights to create the leisure and entertainment complexes worldwide, excluding China, where the project has been acquired by Mission Hills Group.
