Redbubble has announced the extension of its partnership agreement with Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
The extension allows fans to continue creating and selling art inspired by “Rick and Morty,” “Adventure Time” and “Steven Universe” through the end of 2021. Through Redbubble’s Partner Program, artists can create art within specific brand guidelines, that fans can then have printed on more than 120 products. Since the program’s launch in August 2018, hundreds of thousands of products have been sold emblazoned with fan art from almost a hundred properties.
“Innovative licensors continue to seek new ways to amplify engagement with fans, and we are excited that Warner Bros. Consumer Products will continue harnessing the creative power of more than a million artists worldwide on the Redbubble marketplace,” says Eric Morse, senior vice president, content partnerships and general manager, global licensing, Redbubble. “At the same time, many artists are looking for a way to supplement their incomes at a critical time, so this partnership is a win for everyone involved, especially fans of these beloved shows.”
