The licensing agency will be tasked with identifying potential Maxim licensees in the spirits, fashion, men’s fragrance and gambling verticals. Broad Street will be working to uncover deals for the company globally.

Maxim has the right mix of sophistication, accessibility and aspiration that will translate well into categories like alcohol, men’s fashion, fragrances and HBA products, as well as gambling,” says, Bill Cross, senior vice president, business development, Broad Street. “Maxim can offer assets normally unavailable with magazine brands tied to conventional advertising revenues, and we will move aggressively to secure licenses in a variety of categories and territories with appropriate marketing materials for each one.”

This will not be Maxim’s first foray into the licensing world. The publisher previously inked licensing deals with Omni Scents for a line of fragrances.
