The Dodo Licenses its Brand to Petplan Pet insurance to Create ‘Fetch by The Dodo’

‘Fetch by the Dodo’ will allow pet owners to use a database to better understand their pets.

Fetch by The Dodo is a pet insurance and wellness brand dedicated to helping pets live their very best lives. Fetch combines comprehensive pet insurance coverage in the market, personalized content and the animal-loving community of The Dodo to help passionate pet parents give their pets a happier, healthier and longer life.

“Fetch by The Dodo is an exciting next step in our brand’s maturation and diversification,” said YuJung Kim, president, The Dodo. “This partnership makes sense for many reasons but the most important is that both companies are committed to deepening the human-pet connection and bettering animals’ lives.”

In 2022, Fetch will debut “Fetch Forward.” Fetch Forward was built from 150 million breed-specific data points, 16 years of clinical health findings and expert input by veterinary thought-leaders. Fetch Forward will allow pet parents to have an inside scoop on their pet’s future health, but also provide them with tailored insights and recommendations to improve the health and happiness of their pet.
