Sesame Workshop has announced the appointment of Rosemary Palacios as director, talent outreach, inclusion and creative development.  

In this new role, she will further infuse the nonprofit’s company-wide diversity, equity and inclusion strategy into all areas of show development and production, including ideation, scripting, creator and voiceover talent and visual development.  

In addition, Palacios will direct the Sesame Workshop Writers’ Room, acting as a mentor and coach to all fellowship participants, and oversee future pipeline programs.  

Palacios previously held production roles at NBCUniversal and Nickelodeon and earned a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University.
