Oxford Tests Fashion Apparel in Europe

Oxford Limited, the licensing arm for The University of Oxford, has tapped BrandDesign to serve as its fashion apparel partner in Europe.

Global Icons, Oxford’s agent in the U.K. and Europe, brokered the deal.

The deal will focus on the creation of fashion-forward designs that celebrate Oxford’s heritage and reputation and will include t-shirts, sweatshirts and accessories.

"BrandDesign has a track record of successfully creating licensed fashion lines for large international fashion retailers and has identified Oxford as a brand they’d like to develop for this market," says Chris Evans, managing director, Oxford Limited.
