Endemol Expands ‘Legends of Gaming’

Endemol Shine Beyond will expand the reach of its eSports entertainment franchise and YouTube channel “Legends of Gaming” by launching the format in the Netherlands and Israel.

“Legends of Gaming NL,” which launched earlier this month, is sponsored by Samsung and telecommunications company KPN and features eight of the top online gaming creators in the country.

Also sponsored by the communications group Partner, “Legends of Gaming Israel,” which launched at the end of last month, features a host of Israel’s YouTube creators who will battle it out over three months for the title of Legend of Gaming.

“Legends of Gaming” originally launched in the U.K. in 2014.
