VeVe, a digital collectibles platform, has announced a new collaboration with Studiocanal to launch a series of NFTs based on its hit film franchises.

The first release comes from the Rambo action franchise and is inspired by the film, “Rambo: First Blood Part II.” This animated collectible will illustrate the title character striking a pose while reloading and firing his bow and arrow. The collectible comes a year after Studiocanal celebrated the 40th anniversary of “Rambo: First Blood.”

“Rambo is one of the most beloved action film franchises ever, so we are thrilled our dedicated VeVe community has the opportunity to add John Rambo in all his glory to their virtual showrooms,” says Dan Crothers, chief operating officer and co-founder, VeVe.

Consumers can purchase the first officially licensed Rambo digital collectible on March 11 at 8 a.m. (PST) on the VeVe App.

“We cannot wait to bring Rambo and more of our iconic characters to VeVe’s passionate collector community,” says Hugh Spearing, executive vice president, global marketing and distribution, Studiocanal. “It has been a pleasure collaborating with the talented team, and we look forward to continuing our work with them as part of Studiocanal’s foray into the digital collectible world.”
