‘Pip and Posy’ Head Out on the Road for Summer Fun

The Milkshake! and Sky Kids duo will feature at the Bristol Harbour Festival and Celebrate Playday at Leicester’s The Snapdragon Festival during July and August.

, are taking their brand of playtime on the road this summer as they make special appearances at the Bristol Harbour Festival and The Snapdragon Festival at Hinkley, Leicester.

The characters returned to Bristol this weekend after wowing family crowds at last year’s Bristol International Balloon Fiesta. The duo sponsored the Harbour Festival’s Circus Playground on College Green and hosted meet and greet sessions with their fans, alongside giveaways and activities.

“We were delighted to return to Bristol to play a part in this colorful event which brings the city’s families together in celebration,” says Marc Ollington, marketing director, Magic Light Pictures. “It is a brilliant fit for our brand and it was joyful to watch hundreds of children interacting with ‘Pip and Posy’ and enjoying some special playtime.”

Festival on Aug. 2. Now in its 10th year, the Snapdragon Festival takes place in Argents Mead, Hinckley over three days and features a program of play activities, free workshops, performances and crafts. There is a theme for each day of the festival and the theme for Aug. 2 is “Play on a Shoestring.”
