‘Bluey’ to Arrive at Alton Towers Resort in Spring

U.K.’s only CBeebies Land in Alton Towers Resort, England, will welcome “Bluey” for the first time this spring, where fans will be able to meet the star of the show each day.

Bluey” will be joining the lineup at CBeebies Land, Alton Towers Resort, starting March 23. Fans of the hit TV show, which broadcasts daily on CBeebies, will be able to meet the Bluey costume character each day in an area of the Staffordshire theme park dedicated to CBeebies, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.

The news follows the recent announcement of a “Bluey” interactive activity trail at Kew Gardens, London, and Wakehurst, West Sussex, also taking place this Easter.

“As a fellow Australian, I am personally very excited to welcome ‘Bluey’ to the Resort,” says Bianca Sammut, divisional director, Alton Towers Resort. “I know this joy and excitement will be shared by so many families across the U.K. The 2024 season will mark the 10th anniversary of CBeebies Land and Bluey’s arrival is one of many ways we are looking to make it memorable for young guests and their families.”

“Bluey has captured the hearts of children and adults alike all over the world and we are delighted that our much-loved brand is coming to CBeebies Land for guests to enjoy,” says Natasha Spence, head of attractions, live events, BBC Studios. To mark 10 years of CBeebies Land the Resort is also preparing to unveil new additions for the 2024 season, which will be revealed in the coming weeks. The celebrations are set to include added live entertainment, activities and special guests.
