Authentic Brands Group Purchases Boardriders

(Authentic) has confirmed the completion of its purchase of brands, including Quiksilver, Billabong, Roxy, RVCA, DC Shoes, Element, VonZipper, Honolua and Boardriders. Each brand comes with a recognized presence in the action sports and lifestyle industries. With the completion of this purchase, Authentic’s annual retail sales are now over $29 billion worldwide.
