WiT Names New Board Members

Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WiT) has appointed five industry leaders to its board of directors, effective July 1.

With their collective experience and commitment to WiT’s vision and values, the women will be pivotal in further shaping the strategic direction and driving the organization’s mission.

The new board members who will serve three-year terms include:

  • Deirdre Cross – general manager, head, Funko Games

  • Ehi Oviasu-Kahn – principal, Little Art

  • Lisa Gilbert – president, U.S. and Canada commercial, Hasbro 

  • Menal McGrath – senior vice president, global licensing, Dan Dee International

  • Stephanie Bailey – vice president, global toys, Paramount

The WiT board of directors collectively plays a vital role in steering the organization’s future trajectory and actively shaping its programs and initiatives. With the addition of the new board members, WiT will continue its mission to make a transformative impact on the industry, further strengthening its position as a catalyst and change agent for the advancement of women in the toy, consumer products, licensing and entertainment industries.
