Ulli Stoef to Exit Studio 100 & m4e
Ulli Stoef, chief executive officer of Studio 100 Media AG and m4e AG, will step down from his role by the end of June.
January 30, 2019
The move comes as m4e AG and Studio 100 Media AG continue their integration process.
Stoef assumed the role of chief executive officer at Studio 100 Media and m4e in February 2017, following Studio 100's acquisition of more than 60 percent of m4e. Stoef was a founder and majority stakeholder of m4e.
Studio 100 Media supported the delisting of m4e AG from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in December 2017. Studio 100 Media acquired an additional share of the company and “initiated a 'squeeze out' procedure to buy out the remaining non-Studio 100 Media shareholders in m4e," according to a company statement.
Soon, Studio 100 will have acquired 100 percent of m4e AG shares.
"Ulli Stoef played a decisive role in integrating the m4e and Studio 100 Media businesses,” says Hans Bourlon, co-founder, Studio 100 Group and management board member, Studio 100 Media. “I would like to sincerely thank him for his efforts and for his contributions to the further international growth of the Studio 100 Group. I wish him every success in his next challenge."
Stoef will carry out his duties through the end of his term and will announce his next steps shortly. Bourlon will continue as a member of the management board of Studio 100 Media and will assume Mr. Stoef's duties along with the local Studio 100 Media management team.
A replacement for Mr. Stoef will be announced in due course.
