Adams will join Shine Group in April from BBC Worldwide Consumer Products, where she also holds the role of creative director. She will report to Ben Liebmann, chief executive officer of Shine 360°. Shine Group properties include MasterChef, One Born Every Minute and The Biggest Loser.

"Frances is an exceptional executive and I’m thrilled that she is joining 360° at such exciting time," says Liebmann. "I look forward to seeing Frances apply her unique vision to our portfolio of brands and across all areas of our non-broadcast business.”
