“Think of NFTs as a digital marker that represents a certificate of ownership that is stored in a global registry that is permanent,” says Ma. “Therefore, it can’t be messed around with afterwards, and because of this, what is happening is, in terms of the brands or the licensing spaces, is you can create tangible products out of digital content.”
