Endemol Shine U.K. has added three new digital roles at its multi-channel network ChannelFlip.

Jules Fuller, currently executive producer at Endemol Shine U.K.’s commercial team, has been appointed as creative director of ChannelFlip. This role will see Fuller taking creative leadership across all of ChannelFlip’s digital programming.

Fuller joined Initial, part of the Endemol Shine Group, in 2004 after running the Channel [V] India music channel for Star TV and launching the Pogo India kids' channel for Turner.

Caroline Reek, currently head of branded partnerships at Endemol Shine U.K., has been promoted to director of branded content. Reek joined Endemol Shine U.K. in 2014, and in this newly created role, her remit broadens to include developing linear and digital commercial content deals at both ChannelFlip and Endemol Beyond U.K.

In addition, Riyadh Barmania has been promoted to content director at ChannelFlip. Barmania joined the company three years ago and became a creative producer to run YouTube-funded channels alongside Jamie Lennox, commissioning more than 25 original series in a year.

ChannelFlip’s current creative director Jamie Lennox and commercial director Matt Rook have decided to step down from their roles early this summer.

“ChannelFlip and Endemol Beyond have outstanding teams in place which encompasses the entire spectrum of creative digital programming, talent management and brand partnerships,” says Laurence Jones, commercial director, Endemol Shine U.K. “Jamie and Matt have done a fantastic job helping shape ChannelFlip in their roles, and in the last few months bringing the company under one roof. They are leaving the business in great shape for Jules and Caroline, who have the commercial and production experience to step into these new roles as part of an enhanced digital offering.”
