Delta Galil Absorbs Eminence Group

Delta Galil Industries, a manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel, has acquired Eminence SAS and its subsidiaries, otherwise known as the Eminence Group.

Eminence Group will add a variety of French apparel labels and products including underwear   and shirts. The deal will also bring the sports label Athena and Italian brand Liable to Delta’s portfolio.

Delta Galil expects the deal will add approximately $0.40 to $0.45 to its earnings per share.
