Norway-based CreaCon Group has named Linda Vabo director of products and licensing.

Vabo will lead the global strategy for the preschool show "City of Friends," and manage partnerships with Plus Licens and Parthenon Entertainment, the international and U.K. licensing agents.

Prior to joining CreaCon, Vabo was head of content for the Norwegian multi-screen video service provider Aspiro TV.

"Vabo brings a wealth of licensing and television experience to CreaCon Group and she will be instrumental in working with licensing partners to deliver world-class licensing opportunities for City of Friends," says Carl Christian Hamre, chief executive officer, CreaCon Group.
