Li & Fung Acquires Lornamead

Li & Fung has acquired Lornamead Acquisitions, owner of a portfolio of U.S., German and U.K. personal care brands such as Finesse, Aqua Net, Yardley and Lypsyl, for $190 million.

The deal excludes the Yardley business outside the U.S. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Li & Fung’s growing global businesses in health, beauty and cosmetics.
