Toy Industry Vet Loren Taylor Dies at 63

Loren Taylor, former president of toy consulting firm Taylored Concepts, passed away on March 27. He is survived by his wife, Lee Ann, and two children, Caley and Colton.

With more than 30 years of experience in consumer product marketing and manufacturing, Taylor was involved in several toy lines, including Hot Wheels and Nerf. He also held management positions at consumer companies including Unilever, Mattel, Applause and Hasbro. He launched Taylored Concepts in 1993.

A memorial service will be held for Taylor on Saturday, April 8, at the Chatham United Methodist Church in Chatham, NJ.
