‘Little Baby Bum’ Appoints Master Publisher

Surge Licensing, the worldwide licensing agent for El Bebe Productions, brokered the deal.

As part of the agreement, Parragon will develop a collection of children’s story and activity books based on the “Little Baby Bum” characters and nursery rhymes episodes.

A limited selection of titles will be available this fall with a broader range of interactive formats–including board, sound and activity books–being released in spring 2017.
