
Twelve licensees will help Discovery Consumer Products redefine the brand's merchandising.

The new products include science kits, arts and crafts, publishing and toys will debut this year. The line is being developed by a variety of licensees including:
Horizon
Group
–In partnership with Discovery, the company is developing an extensive Discovery Kids line of small, medium and large science, craft and magic activity kits.
Merchsource
–The company will create children’s furniture including play tents, summer seasonal toys including balloons, bubbles, balls and sprinklers, building sets, weather lab science toys and more.
Sakar
–Sakar will develop a line of youth electronics including headphones, earbuds, speakers, boom boxes and more.
Journey
North
–The company will launch a line of telescopes, binoculars, microscopes and night vision electronics.
Parragon
–Parragon will continue to produce non-fiction children’s storybooks, board books, picture books, coloring books, reference books, and more for the Discovery Kids brand.

–The company will continue to produce their line of the Classic View-Master for kids.
NKok
–A variety of toys and games, including laser tag, radio control products and more will be produced.

–The company will produce IDY kits and 3D puzzles, plastic foam blasters and other novelty products.

–A line of primary lighting products including glow sticks, AC powered nightlights, glow headlamps and multifunction lanterns will be developed.
RMS
International
–A variety of small and medium science kits, dig and discover kits and metal building kits will be produced for the mass discount channel.

–The company is developing a line of ride-on and role play toys.
Wild
Republic
–Wild Republic is creating a wide variety of plush toys including dinosaurs, land and sea animals.
Discovery Kids products are available across all retail channels including department stores, mass and mid-tier retailers, internet retailers, club stores, electronics chains and drug stores.
