Oxford Pennant has announced the release of its new Elton John collection, featuring a range of printed pennants, camp flags, sewn banners, enamel pins, embroidered patches and chenille patches.
Elton John has been a staple of the music industry for over 50 years, selling over 300 million records worldwide and producing countless hits that have become classics. “The team at Oxford Pennant spent time researching early pieces from Elton John’s past merchandise,” says Dave Horesh, co-founder, Oxford Pennant. “We discovered that the pennant was an early piece of Elton John-branded product and knew this collection would be a perfect fit for Oxford Pennant.”
“We dedicated several pieces in this collection to the phrase ‘I love Elton John,’” says Brett Mikoll, creative director and co-founder, Oxford Pennant. “This is a throwback to an original Elton John pennant, meant as an inexpensive souvenir that even a fawning teenager could afford in the 1960s and 1970s.”
The Elton John officially licensed capsule collection is available at Oxfordpennant.com and at select retailers.
