Australia have partnered on an exclusive collection of commemorative coins to honor the legacy of comic book hero, The Phantom. Merchantwise, King Features’ Australian agent, negotiated the deal.

The collection, available now, contains three newly issued 99.9% pure silver coins featuring “The Ghost Who Walks” in his trademark bodysuit and mask. Mounted on colored presentation cards featuring a certificate of authenticity, the 1-ounce silver and 1-ounce silver-colored coins were each limited to 1,000 coins issued and have already sold out, while a limited number of 2-ounce silver antiqued coins remain available from the 2,000 coins issued. The 2-ounce coin is housed in a branded black and purple circular presentation case that includes a detail of The Phantom’s skull mark with illuminated eyes on the underside of the lid.
