Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons has launched exclusive cups and an ad campaign featuring singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes.
The campaign, “Home Is Where the Heart Is,” is aimed at celebrating the musician’s Canadian roots. It will see Tim Hortons launch a limited-edition cup featuring Mendes, imagery from his current album and a classic maple leaf. Cups will be available at all Tim Hortons stores in Canada. Fans will receive the cup with the purchase of any small, medium or large hot beverage while supplies last.
"I'm so excited to launch this incredible campaign with Tim Hortons in celebration of my homecoming Toronto show,” says Mendes. “Tim’s has been a part of my life since before I can remember, and I'm so proud to share my love for this Canadian tradition."
Shawn Mendes reusable ceramic cups will also be sold at participating Tim Hortons restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area. Items will be accompanied by a short film and ad campaign tracing Mendes’ career from Pickering, Ontario to tours around the world.
