In the position, Karp will be collaborate on the development of new brand strategies and integrate existing strategies into all business initiatives. Karp will also oversee all brand advertising campaigns, public relations, internal communications and other brand building initiatives.
Karp will partner with Kacy Cole, who continues in her position as director of consumer marketing.

Karp joins Tommy Bahama from Men’s Journal, where he served as the executive director of integrated marketing and creative services. Karp has also held positions at Conde Nast Traveler,
