Collaborations Licensing has tapped Erika Kletzky (formerly Meltzer) as vice president. Her role will be a combination of licensing and business development. Kletzky brings a wealth of experience from her most recent role at Moonbug Entertainment, where she served as licensing director.

“I am thrilled to be joining Collaborations, and I am eager to contribute to the company’s continued success,” says Kletzky. “I am excited to play a significant role in expansion of the agency, and I look forward to working with the incredible team to build on the company’s outstanding and disruptive reputation.”

Kletzky was one of Moonbug’s first hires in North America and was pivotal in building its consumer products department from the ground up. Her career spans various notable companies, including Jakks Pacific, Digital Brand Products, Brand Central, Saban Brands and Mattel. Kletzky’s experience working on both sides of the table – inbound and outbound licensing, as well as agency experience, made her an outstanding candidate for the role.

“We could not be more excited to have Erika join our team,” says Jason Kletzky, president, Collaborations Licensing. “She has such a positive attitude about life and our industry. Her extensive experience, coupled with her proven ability to build strong relationships and drive results, make her the perfect fit for the agency. Erika will not only expand the agency’s reach, but she will be instrumental as we continue to expand.”
