“Barbie is a fashion Icon and has been a source of inspiration for many designers’ creative journeys throughout the years,” says Mohammed Aqra, chief strategy officer, Arab Fashion Council. “Jean-Louis Sabajis’ similar early fashion experiences with the doll made the designer a perfect match for this partnership and we are so excited to see this collection come to life.”
“My first experience with fashion was dressing a Barbie doll and collaborating with them on a full collection will definitely be the highlight of my career,” says Jean-Louis Sabaji, founder and creative director, Jean-Louis Sabaji.
