Warner Bros. Records has added two new members to its Brand Partnerships & Commercial Licensing team.

Ryan Barkan has been named vice president of Creative Synch Licensing and Lila Gerson has been appointed as senior director of brand partnerships

The Warner Bros. roster includes The Black Keys, Michael Bublé, Josh Groban, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Seal, Black Sabbath, Miles Davis, the Grateful Dead, Madonna, Prince, James Taylor, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Frank Sinatra, Van Morrison and many more.

Barkan joins Warner Bros. Records from Primary Wave Music where he spent seven years and rose to executive creative director of advertising and video games.

Gerson joins Warner Bros. Records from Billboard where she was the executive director of business development and strategy where she developing brand partnerships and oversaw talent relations for the brand’s initiatives and events.
