Licensing agency The Joester Loria Group has announced a series of promotions and new hires.

Jessica Wichard has been promoted to executive director of retail and marketing. Wichard joined JLG in 2007 and has continued to spearhead retail development for the agency's entire client portfolio as well as work on marketing initiatives across all brands, and the management of the agency’s social media platforms. In addition, Wichard has taken on brand management for Joester Loria Group’s clients, Fabio Viviani and Aimee Song.   

Katie Cosgrove has been promoted to brand director. Cosgrove has played a key role in the merchandise development of the PepsiCo brands, represented by JLG, which include Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Aquafina, AMP and SoBe. In addition Cosgrove has spearheaded special partnership collaborations for both the Pepsi and Mountain Dew brands. In her 10-year tenure with JLG, Cosgrove has worked on a number of the company’s leading corporate brands.

Finally, Nate Solum has joined the agency as brand manager. Solum will be responsible for program development and marketing for several of JLG’s leading client brands including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Kellogg’s and Hearst’s Car and Driver magazine. Prior to joining JLG, Solum worked at Laforce+Stevens and LF USA.
