Warner Bros. Consumer Products is partnering with a host of licensees for Halloween costumes, led by Rubie’s Costume Co.

The new collection of costumes will feature WBCP’s most celebrated characters from its film, classic and television properties, including the films Man of Steel and The Hobbit trilogy, characters from The Wizard of Oz, the Harry Potter films, Looney Tunes, Beetlejuice, an all-new collaboration for DC Comics’ “Batman” classic TV series and more.

“Halloween is a special time of year and we are very pleased that our incredibly diverse portfolio of properties–from Batman to Bugs Bunny, Harry Potter to The Hobbit–allows fans of all ages to get into the spirit of the season,” says Karen McTier, executive vice president, domestic licensing and worldwide marketing, Warner Bros. Consumer Products.

This year, Rubie’s will feature costumes for the entire family based on the summer’s biggest blockbuster, Man of Steel. For children, costumes based on The Wizard of Oz, The Hobbit Trilogy, Harry Potter, Scooby-Doo, Looney Tunes, The Flintstones, the all-new collection of My Super Best Friends and more will be available. For adults, Rubie’s has created a new collection based on the DC Comics 1960’s “Batman” classic TV series, with retro costumes including Batman, Robin and Batgirl, along with The Joker, The Riddler and Catwoman. Additional collections include costumes inspired by the new hit television series “Arrow,” The Wizard of Oz, the cult-favorite Beetlejuice film and horror film villains Freddy (A Nightmare on Elm Street) and Jason (Friday the 13th).

Not to be forgotten, pet costumes are also part of the ranges and include dress up inspired by DC Comics Super Heroes and The Wizard of Oz.

Also from WBCP this Halloween are The Hobbit Trilogy accessories from Elope, mini vinyl figures from FUNKO and an animatronic The Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch of the West statue from Gemmy.
