HavenAsia is on board to grow a CP program for MTV and Nickelodeon in the region.

Viacom International Media Networks has appointed HavenAsia to serve as the licensing agent for its MTV and Nickelodeon properties in the Philippines.

HavenAsia will now seek both licensing and promotional partnerships for a host of VIMN properties including “Paw Patrol,” “Blaze and the Monster Machines,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” and “SpongeBob SquarePants,” among many others.

“Haven was born on iconic brands such as ‘Ren & Stimpy’ and ‘Rugrats’ 23 years ago, and we’re over the moon that their incredible portfolio of brands will provide the anchor for the newly established HavenAsia office,” says Tom Punch, president, HavenAsia. “The teams at Nickelodeon and MTV have become firm friends in Australia, as well as colleagues, and we are super excited to be driving the growth of their stand-out portfolio of brands next in the Philippines.”

“The MTV and Nickelodeon brands allow HavenAsia to be a one stop shop for retailers, licensees and promotional partners alike, and this combined with a crack on-ground team, will turn both brands into major forces in consumer products in the Philippines, something we plan to do very quickly,” says Punch.

“We’re delighted to extend our strategic alliance with Haven into the Philippines, who comes with over two decades of industry experience and expertise,” says Claire O’Connor, vice president, consumer products and retail marketing, Asia Pacific, VIMN. “Combined with MTV and Nickelodeon’s broad product portfolio, we are confident they will help accelerate our brands’ retail presence and business in the Philippines, while extending the connection beyond the screens with our fans.”
