Universal Spills Details of Hogwarts Express

Universal Orlando theme park has revealed details of the Hogwarts Express experience that will debut as part of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter–Diagon Alley area this summer.

The train will connect the new Diagon Alley land of Universal Studios Florida with the already existing Hogsmeade in the Islands of Adventure area, transporting passengers from the Muggle world to the Wizarding world and back via the brick wall at King's Cross Station and Platform 9 3/4.

Universal's creative team is working closely with Warner Bros. to create an experience that is authentic to the films, right down to the Hogwarts Express whistle.

Passengers will enjoy the British countryside and appearances by magical creatures as they travel from one attraction to another, with two different experiences depending on whether they are traveling to Hogsmeade or London.
