Turner Asia Picks Up More ‘Oggy’

Xilam’s animated series “Oggy and the Cockroaches” has been acquired by Turner Asia Pacific, a key broadcast partner for the property, for an additional two seasons.

The series will be available on Turner’s regional networks including Cartoon Network, Boomerang and POGO beginning next year.

“‘Oggy’s’ worldwide success continues to hit new highs, and we are thrilled to pursue the partnership with Turner and Cartoon Network that helped build and expand ‘Oggy’ as a phenomenon throughout Asia,” says Marc du Pontavice, founder and chief executive officer, Xilam Animation.
