'Toot the Tugboat' App Launches

Toot Enterprises has released the first app for its preschool series "Toot the Tiny Tugboat," which airs on Channel 5’s Milkshake! and Cartoonito in the U.K.

The new open world game app, created by Thud Media, allows little ones to improve their sea-faring skills as they help guide Toot around the harbor to meet his friends, play games, tow boats and collect rewards.
