EUROPE–Toei Animation has signed on two new licensees to develop new products and experiential events based on the anime programs “Dragon Ball,” “Saint Seiya” and “Captain Harlock.”

For “Dragon Ball,” Toei has teamed up with Overlook Events to produce the “Dragon Ball Symphonic Adventure” concert. The event will see 70 musicians interpret songs and music from the series, with memorable moments from the anime projected onto the big screen, and will take place in Barcelona on March 3, 2018, and in Lausanne, Switzerland, on Nov. 3, 2018.

Toei also partnered with Oniri Creations to develop a series of “Captain Harlock” and “Saint Seiya” collectible figures. The upcoming collections will include a 1/6th scale of Captain Harlock as well as a human-sized Gemini helmet from one of the Gold Saints. The collectors’ items will be available in specialized shops and on Oniri Creations’ website beginning in 2018.

Finally, Bandai Namco has released the mobile app “Saint Seiya Cosmo Fantasy” in the European market. The game was previously available in North and South America, as well as in Asia and Japan.
