Silk Sonic Joins the 'Fortnite' Universe

Grammy-nominated R&B duo Silk Sonic is joining "Fortnite's" icon series on Feb. 10. Before their outfits and accessories land in the item shop, players can compete in the Silk Sonic Cup happening on Feb. 7 for a chance to unlock the Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak Outfits early.   

Along with the debut of the characters, "Fortnite" is also launching a brand-new in-game radio station: Icon Radio. For its launch, listen to Silk Sonic, solo work from Mars and Paak, respectively. Funk musician Bootsy Collins as their host.   

Mars and Paak's outfits are part of the Silk Sonic Set, including accessories like Mars's mic with the Sound Scepter Pickaxe (sold with the Outfit) and Back Bling when back on the beat the path. Paak carries the Sonic Snare Back Bling (sold with the Outfit) and the Boom Bap Pickaxe.
