Power Rangers to Visit U.K. Malls

Saban Brands’ Power Rangers are in full force for the back-to-school season with plans for a mall tour in the U.K. that will kick off a larger European tour this fall.

The Power Rangers will travel to seven Intu Shopping Centres locations beginning with Braehead, Glasgow, this Sunday in the Back to School with Megaforce event series, which will celebrate the brand’s 20th anniversary and the launch of the new “Power Rangers Megaforce” series on Channel 5.

Each event will feature meet-and-greets, photo opportunities with the new Power Rangers Megaforce characters, face paining, a coloring station, martial arts demonstrations and a dress-up area where kids can wear costumes by Rubies Masquerade and have their picture taken with Power Ranger props.

A fashion show showcasing the latest Power Ranger products from a variety of licensees will also be held at each location.

Kids will also be able to test out the latest Megaforce action figures and toys from Bandai and Mega Bloks in the toy discovery area, as well as demo the “Power Rangers Megaforce” Nintendo 3DS video game adaptation from Namco Bandai Games.
