PBS Kids Launches Online World

PBS Kids has launched its first-ever online world, "Kart Kingdom," featuring a collection of games and collaborative activities for kids ages 6-9.

Kids can also play games with characters from PBS Kids series including "Wild Kratts" and "The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That."

PBS stations across the U.S. are also planning a series of live community events starting this spring to promote the new game.

"Kart Kingdom" is currently available as a browser-based game and will launch for iPad and Android tablets this summer.
