New Godzilla Film Ushers New Licenses

Rocket Licensing, which represents the Godzilla brand in the U.K. and Ireland on behalf of Japanese licensor and brand owner Toho, has announced the signing of three new licenses.

Rocket Licensing, which represents the Godzilla brand in the U.K. and Ireland on behalf of Japanese licensor and brand owner Toho, has announced the signing of three new licenses.

The agreements lead into the launch of Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Entertainment’s film, Godzilla: King of the Monsters in May.

Park Agencies, a leading designer and developer of licensed merchandise and apparel, will produce a line of adults’ and kids’ daywear inspired by the new film across U.K. fashion retail, grocery and online this spring and in several EMEA territories. TDP Aykroyds will work on a range of children’s and adult branded nightwear and underwear to the market and Texco is developing a range of bedding to launch in the for the new movie. Texco is also exploring opportunities for further product ranges to feature towels, cushions, slippers and novelty gowns.
