Maya the Bee Movie Flies to U.S.

Shout! Factory Kids and Studio Movie Grill have teamed up to bring Maya the Bee Movie to select U.S. theaters for a limited engagement beginning March 8.

Already released in much of Europe and the Middle East, the feature film is based on the 1912 German children’s novel by Waldemar Bonsels in. The first TV series was produced in the 1970s, and a reboot of the series from Studio 100 and Planeta Junior debuted in 2013.
