Larry Harmon Licenses Laurel & Hardy Film Rights

Larry Harmon Pictures has tapped Fable Pictures, Sonesta Films and BBC Films to produce Stan & Ollie, an original film based on the comedy duo Laurel & Hardy.

Stan & Ollie is inspired by actual events and will serve as an emotional tribute to “two of the funniest men in movie history.”

The film will begin production in March 2017 in the U.K., with an anticipated international release in early 2018.
