Knockout Locks Down ‘Downton’ Renewals

“The success of our ‘Downton Abbey’ licensing program is a testament to the television series and to the excellent work being done by each of these licensees,” says Carole Postal, co-president, Knockout Licensing. “They’ve proven themselves great partners, and we look forward to continuing our work with them in the coming years.”

The renewals include:

  • Wonder-Shirts will continue to manufacture t-shirts and tote bags.

    • Cryptozoic Entertainment, maker of Downton Abbey season one and season two collectible trading card sets, has renewed its licensing agreement with plans for additional card sets covering subsequent seasons.

      • Katalyst Licensing & Promotions will continue with its wide range of products including drinkware, kitchenware, printed products, accessories, and novelties for select Canadian specialty retailers.

        • Cost Plus World Market, after a very successful promotional program, combined with select Downton Abbey products (including exclusive and direct-to-retail items) in holiday 2013, will produce an expanded Downton Abbey program for its 265 stores in the U.S. for this holiday season.
