Knockout Deals for ‘Downton’ Fragrance

Knockout Licensing has tapped perfume house Aidan AryL Enterprises to create a line of personal and home fragrances inspired by the British television series “Downton Abbey,” which is produced by Carnival Films, part of NBCUniversal International Television Production.

“In licensing, finding just the right fragrance partner can be a delicate and tricky decision but Aidan AryL made it easy for us,” says Carole Postal, co-president, Knockout Licensing. “Throughout discussions, the Aidan AryL team made it clear to us how much they love and how well they understand what makes ‘Downton Abbey’ so special to fans.”

The line will launch early this year in the U.S., and will include women's perfume, men's cologne, scented candles, scented soaps and other fragrance items.
