River of Goods is planning a lighting collection inspired by the hit TV series "Downton Abbey," in a deal brokered by Knockout Licensing.

Downton Abbey Lighting by River of Goods will feature an exclusive collection of decorative floor and table lamps, wall sconces, accent lamps, pendants and chandeliers inspired by the period drama and ranging in price from  $35 to $400.

“We’re proud to partner with River of Goods, a renowned leader in luxury lamps and lighting, to bring the first Downton Abbey Lighting collection to the market,” says Dominic Burns, senior vice president, brand management, NBCUniversal International Television Production. “Now retailers can offer their customers the opportunity to bring the style, warmth and elegance of Downton Abbey Lighting into their homes.”

The collection of 20 items will debut to retailers during the AmericasMart Atlanta market in January 2015 to coincide with the broadcast of "Downton Abbey" season five on PBS.

"Inspired by one of today’s most popular television series, our Downton Abbey Lighting collection is designed to illuminate elegance for today’s homes,” says Lavina Lau, president and chief executive officer, River of Goods. “The Downton Abbey license is a natural fit for River of Goods with our team’s extensive experience developing intricate, highly detailed designs that are inspired by the Edwardian era.”
