Disney Junior Asia is the latest broadcaster to pick up Studio 100’s new CGI “Maya the Bee” series.

The show will premiere on the network Jan. 1 in Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, The Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, The Republic of Palau, Papua New Guinea, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Macau.

Targeted at preschoolers “Maya the Bee” is a modern rejuvenation of the classic brand, which sees Maya and her friends break free from their hive to seek adventure in the world.

The new CGI series has already been sold into 150 territories worldwide.
