CBS to Rep ‘The Honeymooners’

CBS Consumer Products has signed on to represent the 1950’s television series “The Honeymooners” on behalf of Jackie Gleason Enterprises.

Earlier this year, TV Guide magazine named the show one of the top comedy series of all-time, and it was ranked No. 31 in the Writers Guild of America’s recently released list of the 101 Best Written TV Series.

CBS Consumer Products is already planning a musical version of the series, which will be directed by two-time Tony-winner Jerry Mitchell.
