Bulldog Licensing has made two new additions to the burgeoning licensing program for the CBBC fantasy drama “Wolfblood.”

Danilo has signed on to create greetings cards and calendars for the TV series, while Fashion U.K. is planning nightwear and underwear.

The new deals come hot on the heels of new deals with Smith & Brooks for apparel and VMC for accessories.

Bulldog is also looking to extend the brand into publishing, board games, card games and stationery.

The series centers on two seemingly normal teenagers who live a secret life as Wolfbloods, humans that can turn into wolves. The BBC is already planning a third season of the drama, which will begin filming this year for broadcast in the fall.

“‘Wolfblood’ is very hot property and looks set to grow further with the release of the next season and a comprehensive range of licensed merchandise,” says Rob Corney, managing director, Bulldog Group. “Fans can’t wait for the news season to hit the screen, and anything linked to this property is set to be very successful at retail.”
