Boat Rocker Partners with Mobius.Lab

Boat Rocker Rights, Boat Rocker Media’s content distribution, sales and licensing division, has entered a long-term co-production and worldwide distribution deal with Mobius.Lab Productions.

Partnership will see the addition of 10 new programs available in English and Spanish globally.

Boat Rocker Rights, Boat Rocker Media’s content distribution, sales and licensing division, has entered a long-term co-production and worldwide distribution deal with Mobius.Lab Productions.

Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Mobius.Lab, a content solutions unit established by Cisneros Media Distribution, and Boat Rocker Rights will develop and co-produce 10 programs of 13 episodes in English and Spanish, ranging in a variety of themes–including paranormal, crime and history, nature and wildlife, and popular science and technology.

Boat Rocker will also distribute Mobius.Lab’s existing series such as “The Rise of Terrorism,” “Super Genius,” “XRC: Extremely Reality Clips” and “Flame of Passion.”

“This agreement with Boat Rocker provides us with the opportunity to strengthen our capability to develop and create new content and formats while diversifying Mobius.Lab Productions’ existing library of innovative programming,” says Marcello Coltro, executive vice president, content distribution, Cisneros Media. “With Boat Rocker on board, we will have access and insight into international markets and the ability to assess the programming trends of our global clients.”

Additionally, Boat Rocker will serve as the exclusive distributor for all English-speaking markets around the world; meanwhile, Cisneros Media will maintain the Latin American Spanish-language distribution rights of the new productions.
