AGP Debuts Care Bears Debit Cards

American Greeting Properties has partnered with Card.com for prepaid debit cards in the U.S. featuring the classic Care Bears brand.

The FDIC-insured debit cards include a variety of Care Bears scenes and are available now at Card.com.

AGP vice president of licensing and business development, Lindsay Martinez described the new offering as “a more streamlined alternative to branch banks.

“We are excited to partner with Card.com and offer Care Bears fans a fun and unique banking opportunity outside of our customary media channels,” she said.

The bank-issued cards also come with online banking, a network of ATMs and a mobile banking app.

“This partnership gives fans of the Care Bears an entirely new way to engage and represent their love of the brand–every time they use their card–in a totally unique way that isn’t offered by any branch bank on the planet.
